1. Refund Eligibility Conditions (When Refunds Will Be Considered)
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
Technical Issues:
If the user is unable to access the purchased course due to technical errors on our platform.
If the website or platform is down, preventing access to the course (only when the issue is from our side).
If recorded courses cannot be played due to a system error.
Service Not Delivered:
If the user has completed the payment, but the course has not been made available due to a platform issue.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions (When Refunds Will NOT Be Provided)
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
Dissatisfaction with Course Content:
Refunds will not be issued simply because the user did not like the course or felt it was not useful to them.
Statements like "I didn’t like the course" or "It didn’t work for me" will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.
Refund Requests After Course Consumption:
If a user has accessed more than 5% of the course content, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request After the Time Limit:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Discounted or Offer-Based Purchases:
Courses purchased under special discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Attempt to Exploit Refund Policy:
If a user tries to complete the course and then claim a refund, it will not be honored.
Any fraudulent attempts to misuse the refund policy will result in account suspension.
No Refund for Consultation Services:
Consultation, coaching, mentorship, and personalized guidance services are non-refundable.
If a user books a consultation session and later cancels it, a refund will not be provided under any circumstances.
